Welcome to the website for the 10th International Conference on Damage Assessment of Structures (DAMAS 2013).Â
The conference is being held in conjunction with the 1st SYSWIND Workshop on Health Monitoring of Wind Turbines and Renewable Energy Systems.Â
The conference and workshop will take place from July 8-10, 2013 at Trinity College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland.

Best Paper Awards:
The Applied Mechanics Group, Institute of Physics sponsored two awards at DAMAS 2013.
Lars P Mortensen, Donghyeon Ryu, Yingjun Zhao, and Kenneth J Loh were awarded the best paper prize for their contribution entitled: "Rapid Assembly of Multifunctional Thin Film Sensors for Wind Turbine Blade Monitoring".
Madhuka Jayawardhana was awarded the Best Young Researcher prize for the contribution to the paper entitled "Compressive Sensing for Structural Damage DetectionÂ of Reinforced Concrete Structures" by Madhuka Jayawardhana, Xinqun Zhu, Ranjith Liyanapathirana,Â and Upul Gunawardana.
The DAMAS conference is now well established as a major forum for discussion and dissemination of recent advances in damage detection, assessment and quantification.
The 2013 conference returns to Dublin where it is being hosted by Trinity College.
